I had a sprained ankle from a hard tackle in soccer. It wouldn’t have been so severe if I could have given it a rest, but it was the beginning of prime soccer season so I couldn’t. I tried other therapies for 5 months but just kept tweaking it. I received chiropractic and muscle activation techniques. After one month my ankle was almost fully recovered and I didn’t have to take any time off. I had two very big college showcase tournaments in December. My coaches noticed a big difference in the way I was playing. I am able to move easier and quicker on the field. I ended up with a great scholarship after playing in those tournaments playing the best soccer of my life after starting with Advanced Body Dynamics.
